1976 BMW R-Series

Description

This is my Bmw Airhead R75/6 Bobber / cafe racer bike for sale. This bike has a lot of custom parts and it is a fantastic ride. This bike is not perfect cosmetically but it starts, runs and rides every time. It is  a 750cc boxer engine and with freshly cleaned/rebuilt bing carbs. The Front Forks have been lowered 3 inches from factory ride height, it was lowered properly by machining the forks down 3in and rethreading them along with new hardware and fork tube seals. It also has a custom triple tree and fork tube nuts from The Cycle Shed that give the rider the ability to raise and lower the ride height. The tank was paint Porsche Gt3 purple about a year ago.
It has Brand new tire and the wheels/centerhubs have been refinished along with new wheel bearings front and back. It has a brand new starter along with a new charging system (stator and rotor) and a new lithium ion Shori battery located under the tank mounted by a bracket made by Cognito Moto. The seat and seat bracket kit are from The Cycle Shed and the seat has a five year factory warranty. The bike is also equipped with rear sets from Boxer Metal that give it the racer feel along with very smooth custom swing arm caps also from Boxer Metal. The Shocks are 450mm shocks provided by The Cycle shed and make this bike a fantastic ride. All the lighting is aftermarket and works fantastic, the headlight and taillights have built in detachable plugs incase you ever need to remove the lights.
