Antique Bebe Fleur B11F Artist Reproduction 1989 Convention Doll Mold

This is a
beautiful
artist reproduction of the seldom seen French Bebe  Fleur  antique
doll is just wonderful. (Fleur is the French word for flower)  The  face painting is flawless. . Her mold was introduced at the 1989 DAG Convention. The marks are B11F . The BF stands for Bebe  Francais. She measures a nice size of 21 inches tall (cm 53.25). She is free of any chips, cracks, hairlines or damage. Her body is fully  jointed
composition and shows brush strokes ,the lower arms do not.
This doll is wearing a lovely wig with cascading ringlets and curls around the face . It is not glued on so it can be changed if you wish. She has lovely gray eyes
. She is wearing an  outfit that has a brown over jacket with lace trim . The dress is sleeveless and is in a cream color lace .  She has French type shoes. The socks are long and in a cream color . The under pants are in white with lace and tie in back.  The hat really sets off the face and costume.
This doll is stunning! If you have dreamed of owning one of these beautiful French  dolls , but did not want to spend the thousands of dollars to own the original antique this will be the doll for you.
