Arizona No Year License Tag 3HL-510 red with white expired over three years

Description

Arizona No Year License Tag 3HL-510.  This tag might have had a sticker in the upper left but there is not indentation where it should have been.  In amazingly good condition.  The colors on this tag match the colors Arizona used for 1980-1996 but does not have the cactus in the middle of letters and numbers.  However, the sample I find to look at, does have a sticker with month on upper left, so that is possibly where one was placed.  Very little wear where mounting holes are.  We are downsizing our collections.  Most tags were displayed on an inside wall of our attached garage out of direct sunlight.
Shipment is usually made the day after payment is received.  We ship only thru the U S Postal Service to United States addresses only.  Two Mondays a month are playing with grandchildren while their parents work. We do not ship those Mondays.   All items are wiped clean before shipping.  A shipping discount is given for multiple auctions won that will fit in the same package.
This is a used item, and has been exposed to dirt, smoke and all sorts of other things.  We do live with a cat, but he doesn't drive, hates vehicles because they take him to the veterinarian and hasn't been around this tag.
