This is a new and improved,
thin and flat, high strength wrench

specifically designed for the holding the backside of the arbor on a Delta UNISAW.  The wrench fits many other saws that utilize a 7/8" outside flat to outside flat dimensioned arbor and that have limited access in the narrow gap behind the blade in order to insert the wrench onto the arbor.
This wrench is precision cut from

120" thick 4130 Chromoly alloy steel, on a computer controlled laser cutting machine.  This aircraft grade alloy provides exceptionally high strength for the wrench even though the thickness of the finished wrench is thin enough to allow it to slide into the narrow width space between the saw’s arbor flange and the casting that houses the first arbor bearing.

50" long, allowing you to apply plenty of leverage for securing the arbor from rotation when loosening or tightening the opposite side nut that retains the blade on the arbor.
The handle on a similar OEM wrench has a simple taper up the shank, allowing for a marginal grip on the wrench.  Our wrench design has added the profiling of finger grooves near the top to enable the wrench to nest easily in one's fingers, when removing or tightening the arbor nut.
Stock wrenches come with little or no surface finish.  Our wrench has been deburred, sandblasted, powder coated, and then oven-baked in a durable high visibility, gloss red corrosion resistant plastic finish.
In addition, our wrench incorporates a hole at the end of the handle for conveniently hanging the wrench for storage. Our blade wrench in another eBay listing is offered with a free wrench hanger.

The wrench detailed in this listing is the “second wrench” or backside wrench for those who wish to use a wrench to prevent the arbor from rotating when changing the saw blade.  It has been specifically designed to be thin, and without an offset, to allow it to fit into the narrow slot on the backside of the arbor, behind the blade.
