    Description

    Vintage copy of General Orders #98, from Headquarters Third United States Army APO 403, from General G.S. Patton Jr.
    Dated 9 May, 1945 reflects on the war and the sacrifices for Freedom.  In the end he credits their efforts for his decorations and promotions and he wears them in their honor.  No signature.
    Found in a scrapbook from a Los Angeles Estate Sale.
    Measures approx 8x10.5".  No signature from anyone, not sure how many of these were made with typewriters and carbon paper, no Xerox machines.  Folded 1x. Condition as seen in pictures.
